Brittany Lang, Ph.D.

Dr. Brittany Lang is a neuropsychologist and assistant professor within the Department of Neurology of the University of Utah’s School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Florida, then completed her predoctoral internship with an emphasis in neuropsychology at the Minneapolis VAHCS and her postdoctoral fellowship in Adult Clinical Neuropsychology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. 

Dr. Lang’s primary clinical and research interests lie in cancer care, with a special emphasis on patients with primary brain tumors.  Relatedly, she is a member of the Huntsman Cancer Institute and serves as an Early Career Representative to the International Neuropsychological Society (INS) Oncology Special Interest Group. Deeply committed to training and mentorship, Dr. Lang is the North American Student Engagement Lead for the INS Membership Engagement Committee, as well as the Training Coordinator for her Division where she mentors graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and medical residents. Beyond clinical and academic responsibilities, Dr. Lang is passionate about fostering well-being and community in the workplace. She serves on the board of the University of Utah Faculty Club and co-founded the Junior Faculty Development Dinner initiative in her Department. She looks forward to bringing her diverse experiences and enthusiasm to the KnowNeuropsychology team.
