Joanna Huang, M.A.

Joanna Huang is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology program at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. She is currently completing her predoctoral internship at VA Sepulveda in the Neuropsychology Track. Previously, she was a neuropsychology extern at UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and City of Hope, a comprehensive cancer center. Her research interests include international student cross-cultural adjustment and cancer-related cognitive impairment. As a Taiwanese American, Joanna is hoping to leverage her bicultural background to increase awareness of and access to neuropsychological services in Asian and Mandarin-speaking communities. She also serves as the Secretary in the Taiwan Psychology Network. Joanna is excited to continue learning about cultural neuropsychology and to contribute to KnowNeuropsychology’s advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
