Kaitlyn Carbone, Psy.D.

Dr. Kaitlyn Carbone is a clinical neuropsychology postdoctoral fellow at Baylor Scott & White Health. She earned her doctoral degree from Rivier University in New Hampshire and completed her one-year predoctoral internship at the Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System in Mississippi. Her research interests include neurodegenerative diseases and how complexities and comorbidities impact the cognitive profile. Her current research involves movement disorders, neuroimaging patterns, and cardiovascular/cerebrovascular comorbidities. She is passionate about advocacy related to training, education, and mentorship in neuropsychology, as well as general advocacy in order to increase knowledge and understanding of the field as a whole. She has served in several leadership and service-based positions and currently mentors several students and trainees. She enjoys sharing knowledge through presentations, guest lecturing, and participating in panel discussions as often as her schedule allows. Dr. Carbone benefited greatly from KnowNeuropsychology and looks forward to repaying this and making neuropsychology more equitable and accessible through her service as a committee member.
