Victor Del Bene, Ph.D.

Dr. Victor Del Bene is a clinical neuropsychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology with health emphasis from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, his APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and his clinical neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Del Bene conducts neuropsychological assessments for a diverse clinical population spanning dementia syndromes, movement disorders, epilepsy, and other neuropsychiatric disorders. His is currently involved in research related to epilepsy, aging and dementia, and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Del Bene is the immediate past chair of the NAN Student & Postdoctoral Resident Committee (NANSPRC), and the immediate past programing officer for the Society for Clinical Neuropsychology’s Association of Neuropsychology Students & Trainees (ANST). He can be reached at victordelbene@uabmc.edu or over Twitter (@victor_delbene).
