Dr. Willie F. McBride is currently a 1st year neuropsychology fellow with the Neurology department within the University of Virginia Health System. He also serves as the treasurer for the Society for Black Neuropsychology. He previously completed a fellowship in Interprofessional Psychology at the Tennessee Valley HealthCare System in Murfreesboro TN. He completed his internship with the Vanderbilt/Veteran Affairs Professional Psychology Consortium in Nashville TN. He completed his doctoral studies at the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology in Norfolk VA. His research interests include neuropsychological practice within minority communities, forensic neuropsychology, and personality. Originally from Louisville Kentucky, Willie enjoys vinyl records, video games, and debating the merits of anime as a national pastime.
